11.15 a.m. : Coffee and snacks are served. Quick break.
11.20 a.m : Tips on making a useful hack from scratch: Luke Bacon, Open Australia Foundation
12 p.m – 1 p.m: Brainstorming session
1 p.m: Lunch break
2 p.m: Workshop given by Tableau Public: Best practices for data visualisation, and how to explore your data visually
2:30 p.m: Prototyping session
5.30 p.m: Mini pitch session
Teams will have 1 minute to announce:
- What is the problem they are trying to solve?
- Who is yourtarget audience?
- What are you going to prototype?
6 p.m: Drinks
9.00 a.m: Coding Sprint
1 p.m: Lunch Break
4.30 p.m: Project Submission Deadline
The participants have to submit their projects on the GEN Community website
5 p.m - 6.30 p.m : Pitch Session
The teams have four minutes to present their projects and the jury ask them questions for one minute
6.30 p.m. : Jury deliberation
7 p.m.: Winners announcement and cocktails
