Katrin Gottschalk is deputy editor-in-chief of taz.die tageszeitung. Until April 2016 she worked as editor-in-chief of Missy Magazine, a feminist mag. She joined Missy in 2011, establishing an online edition. She also was responsible for managing a successful crowdfunding campaign and relaunching the magazines website. While studying - cultural studies in Frankfurt/Oder and cultural journalism at Universität der Künste, Berlin - she worked as a freelancer for different newspapers and magazines. In her journalistic work, the 31-year old focusses on issues of social justice, particularly on gender and sexuality.
