Aayush Soni

Aayush Soni is a journalist and an alumnus of Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism and has written for Indian and international newspapers, magazines and websites. Aayush's writing on books, food, cinema, technology, art, popular culture, politics and media have appeared in The GuardianThe CaravanIndia Ink-The New York TimesOZYThe Daily Pao and, most recently, the Committee to Protect Journalists website where he serve as India correspondent. He's worked as a features writer for the erstwhile Time Out Delhi where he wrote about New Delhi's architecture, history and civic affairs. 

Aside of journalism, Aayush conducts workshops on how to use such social platforms as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram for communications professionals. His clients include journalists of the Hindustan Times, one of India's largest-selling English language dailies and the communications team of Drugs for Neglected Diseases initiative, a not-for-profit organisation. A resident of New Delhi, Aayush likes to eat, drink, sleep, talk, read and tweet.
